Accountabilities:
  • Lead global sales and marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and international market needs
  • Develop and execute customer strategies, including revenue optimization, segmentation, and distribution planning
  • Oversee global product lifecycle and commercial strategic planning, including corporate agreements and pricing strategies
  • Drive marketing initiatives for existing and pipeline products, ensuring clear communication of product value and market differentiation
  • Establish and manage annual budgets for Sales, Marketing, and Business Development functions
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top commercial talent in partnership with Human Resources
  • Analyze market and industry trends to inform new commercial strategies and contribute to product development ideation
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and seamless order fulfillment in collaboration with functional leaders

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or Business Administration; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in the radiopharmaceutical or life sciences field
  • Proven track record of leading global commercial operations, sales strategy, and marketing execution
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and manage high-performing teams
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Superior communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels, including executives
  • Ability to travel globally as needed to support commercial operations and partnerships
  • Demonstrated commitment to results, ethical behavior, adaptability, creativity, and continuous learning
