- Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT programs, workstreams, and AI-enabled initiatives with measurable business impact
- Apply Agile, hybrid, and Scrum practices to plan, execute, and monitor complex IT and analytics projects
- Manage integrated project plans, RAID logs, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across IT, engineering, and operational teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates at the executive level
- Enable project teams by removing impediments, fostering collaboration, and promoting accountability
- Oversee resource allocation, scheduling, and cross-functional alignment to ensure timely delivery
- Facilitate lessons learned, continuous improvement, and reporting to enhance program performance
- 7+ years of experience in IT project, program, or PMO management within complex enterprise environments
- Proven track record managing multiple concurrent initiatives and delivering measurable results
- PMP certification required (include certification number and active dates); Agile/Scrum certification preferred (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent)
- Experience implementing AI or advanced analytics solutions in manufacturing or industrial contexts
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Outcome-focused with the ability to drive teams toward business objectives and measurable results
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- Competitive hourly rate of $62.86 - $85.05
- Fully remote work with flexibility for Eastern or Central Time Zones
- Standard work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
