Accountabilities:
  • Own and evolve the global content marketing strategy aligned with brand, product, and revenue goals across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Translate business priorities into actionable content plans supporting campaigns, product launches, demand generation, and customer retention.
  • Lead and develop a distributed team of content creators, defining structure, workflows, and performance expectations.
  • Oversee end-to-end content production across formats including thought leadership, case studies, web content, email, video scripts, and social media.
  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment of all content with brand voice, messaging frameworks, and product positioning.
  • Drive integration of AI tools and workflows to enhance content creation, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to align content with go-to-market initiatives and commercial priorities.
  • Establish and manage content governance, editorial calendars, and scalable content operations.
  • Define KPIs and performance metrics, using analytics to measure impact and optimize content effectiveness.
  • Manage external agencies, budgets, and production partners to support content delivery at scale.
  • Foster strong internal relationships to source insights, customer stories, and subject-matter expertise.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in content marketing leadership, ideally within cybersecurity, enterprise technology, or B2B SaaS environments.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and go-to-market motions, including areas such as endpoint, firewall, MDR, or security services.
  • Demonstrated ability to link content strategy directly to commercial outcomes such as pipeline growth, revenue, and customer engagement.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing, distributed content teams.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and editorial judgment with a strong focus on clarity and storytelling.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO, multi-channel content strategy, and content distribution frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance content creation, workflow efficiency, and performance.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across marketing, product marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into compelling, accessible narratives.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with content analytics, performance measurement, and data-driven optimization.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $141,000 to $235,000 USD depending on experience and location
  • Performance-based bonus eligibility
  • Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare coverage
  • Flexible remote-first working model (role-dependent hybrid flexibility)
  • Paid wellbeing days and access to wellness programs and webinars
  • Retirement and financial planning support benefits
  • Opportunities for professional development and career growth in a global organization
  • Inclusive, diverse, and collaborative work environment
