- Define and refine growth or safety-focused user experiences depending on product area, including acquisition, retention, onboarding, or compliance-driven flows.
- Translate complex data, behavioral insights, and system constraints into compelling narratives that influence executive and stakeholder decision-making.
- Run iterative design cycles supported by A/B testing and rapid experimentation to continuously improve product performance.
- Maintain high design standards, ensuring outputs are polished, consistent, and serve as references for broader design teams.
- 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally within high-scale consumer tech, growth, or safety-focused environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex product experiences at scale.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with product, engineering, and data stakeholders.
- Proficiency in prototyping tools and comfort using code-based or AI-assisted tools (e.g., Cursor) to build functional prototypes.
- Strong strategic thinking ability with experience translating ambiguous problems into structured systems and user flows.
- Ability to influence product direction and communicate design decisions effectively to executive stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, and data-informed design iteration.
- Excellent visual and interaction design skills with a high bar for quality and usability.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, iterative, and highly collaborative environments.
- Comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision).
- Income protection and replacement programs.

- Equity compensation in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs).
- Flexible vacation policy and paid volunteer time off.
- Generous paid parental leave.
- Mental health and coaching support benefits.
- Family planning and gender-affirming care support.
- Global benefit programs including workspace, caregiving, and professional development support.
- Additional perks such as wellness resources and employee assistance programs.
