Position Summary:

Axiom Learning is seeking a dynamic and flexible Global Education Associate to support a variety of education initiatives across curriculum development, training, research, data analysis, and school engagement. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.

Reporting directly to the Chief Learning Officer and Chief Product Officer, the Global Education Associate will play a pivotal role in supporting Axiom’s educational initiatives, ensuring high-quality implementation of educational strategies, and contributing to research-driven innovation.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, improvement, and execution of educational programs, curricula, and training materials.
  • coordinating with our development team to support daily platform operations and improvements
  • Serve as a liaison between Axiom’s global education team and teachers, school leaders, and instructors to facilitate knowledge transfer and program implementation.
  • Create and edit written content for internal and external publications, training materials, and presentations.
  • Organize and coordinate training sessions, educational retreats, and professional development workshops for educators and staff.
  • Conduct research on emerging educational trends, neuroscience of learning, and pedagogical best practices to inform program development.
  • Support the creation of sales and marketing materials related to educational products and services, including contributing to grant applications when applicable.
  • Engage in data collection, analysis, and reporting to evaluate student learning outcomes and program effectiveness.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, resource organization, and tracking project milestones.
