You will join a dynamic, international research consulting team dedicated to delivering impactful, data-driven insights to a diverse client base. In this role, you will guide organizations through the full market research lifecycle, from study design to insight delivery and strategic recommendations. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients better understand consumer behavior and translate data into meaningful business decisions. With a strong focus on storytelling and actionable insights, you will present findings in a compelling and accessible way to stakeholders at all levels. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, offering the opportunity to work with innovative tools and AI-powered research solutions. Operating in a remote-first environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous innovation and excellence.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, supporting the design, execution, and analysis of market research projects
- Develop research methodologies, define target groups, and determine appropriate sample sizes
- Design and build questionnaires across various research use cases such as concept testing, tracking, and segmentation
- Manage end-to-end research projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment with client objectives
- Interpret data and generate actionable insights, translating findings into clear business recommendations
- Create and deliver high-quality reports and presentations with a strong focus on storytelling and impact
- Collaborate with sales teams to scope projects and support new business opportunities
- Work closely with product and internal teams to enhance research tools and integrate AI capabilities
- Contribute to the strategic development of consulting practices and research offerings
- 6+ years of experience in market research and consulting, ideally in a B2B environment
- Strong expertise in quantitative research methods, statistics, and study design
- Proven experience in questionnaire design, data analysis, and report creation
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate insights clearly to diverse audiences
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business outcomes
- Fluency in English and German at a professional level (C2 proficiency)
- Hands-on experience with research tools, survey platforms, and data visualization
- Strong analytical thinking combined with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
