Key ResponsibilitiesOffice AdministrationOversee day-to-day office operations and maintenanceManage utility accounts (electricity, water, internet), ensuring timely billing and paymentsHandle rental agreements, lease compliance, and coordination with building managementMaintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationshipsCoordinate repairs, maintenance tasks, and service providersFinancial & Administrative SupportMonitor office expenses, create monthly reports, and support budgetingEnsure proper documentation, filing, and record-keepingAssist with procurement and inventory managementEmployee & Office SupportSupport onsite teams with administrative needsManage access passes, visitor logs, and office safety protocolsAssist Management with special projects and operational tasks
QualificationsProven experience in office administration, facilities management, or related roleStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and coordination abilitiesAbility to multitask and work independentlyKnowledge of basic accounting practices is a plusProficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office
