Contracts Manager at Jobgether – Israel, Amazonas

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the preparation, negotiation, and management of a wide range of commercial agreements across multiple business areas. You will oversee direct reports, act as a trusted escalation point, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure legally sound, clear, and efficient agreements. In this role, you will:

• Manage and oversee a team responsible for negotiating and finalizing commercial agreements.
• Serve as an escalation point for both direct reports and business line stakeholders.
• Supervise the legal engagement process and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Identify process efficiencies and implement improvements to streamline contract management.
• Assess, mitigate, or escalate legal risks associated with commercial agreements.
• Act as a liaison between various stakeholders to ensure agreements meet business objectives.
• Handle a variety of agreements, including master services agreements, software-as-a-service agreements, NDAs, sponsorship agreements, collaboration agreements, and memorandums of understanding.

The ideal candidate has:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 5+ years of experience in contract negotiation or as a contract manager.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with workflow management tools such as Monday.com and Jotform.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage and mentor direct reports.
