This role is responsible for driving operational excellence and enabling a high-performing Customer Success team that delivers measurable business impact. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, optimize workflows, and leverage customer insights and data to improve processes that enhance the overall customer experience. This position requires a strong blend of analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and hands-on leadership to implement scalable solutions. You will collaborate across teams, mentor staff, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to translate data into actionable improvements that drive growth and operational effectiveness.
- Lead and execute strategic customer operations projects that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and measurable business outcomes
- Partner with Customer Success teams and internal stakeholders to optimize reporting, workflows, and commercial systems (e.g., CRM platforms)
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities, uncover root causes of issues, and evaluate the impact of initiatives
- Develop cost-benefit analyses in collaboration with Finance and Operations leadership to support investment decisions
- Drive continuous improvement in customer experience through cross-functional project management and operational enhancements
- Support the creation and maintenance of customer-facing help content, release documentation, and internal dashboards
- Present findings, analyses, and recommendations clearly to internal teams and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, including exposure to health plans or healthcare delivery organizations
- Proven success leading cross-functional projects from ideation to execution with measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and operational improvements
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and influence decision-making
- Experience managing complex project plans, documentation, and reporting dashboards
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving, and occasionally ambiguous environment
- Preferred: experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), technology-enabled services in healthcare, risk adjustment, quality programs, and project planning tools (Smartsheet, Aha!)
