This role offers the chance to directly support independent business owners in optimizing their financial systems and decision-making. You will manage a portfolio of high-priority customers, providing advisory services that turn complex financial data into actionable insights. Working closely with clients, you’ll guide them through onboarding, reporting, and financial workflows while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. The position combines relationship management, problem-solving, and technical proficiency to help clients achieve confidence in their financial decisions. You will serve as a trusted advisor, bridging customer needs with internal product and service teams. This is a hands-on role with significant impact on customer satisfaction, retention, and business outcomes.
- Own and manage a portfolio of full-service customers, ensuring their financial systems are optimized for insight and action
- Advise clients on leveraging financial data for better decision-making, including breakeven pricing, profitability analysis, and loan readiness
- Design and implement repeatable processes, documentation, and automated workflows to create a scalable service model
- Drive onboarding for new clients, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of tools and services
- Conduct regular business reviews, helping customers understand enterprise profitability, benchmark performance, and make forward-looking decisions
- Identify opportunities for customer expansion and collaborate with sales when appropriate
- Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams, surfacing insights to influence product, support, and marketing initiatives
- Background in finance, accounting, FP&A, consulting, or related field, with strong understanding of financial statements and management
- Experience working directly with customers to analyze financial data and provide actionable guidance
- Technical aptitude to learn, configure, and navigate new software platforms and workflows quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and clearly explain complex concepts
- Problem-solving mindset with curiosity and patience to guide clients through challenging financial scenarios
- Preferred: familiarity with agricultural producers, rural businesses, or multi-entity operations
- Ability to design and implement scalable processes while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
