ROLE DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Lead the development and execution of strategic, brand-driven marketing and proposal initiatives that support business growth, client engagement, and revenue generation.
Serve as the bridge between marketing, sales, and operations to ensure consistent messaging and high-impact deliverables.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Marketing & Positioning
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Define and communicate brand positioning, value proposition, and key differentiators
- Align marketing initiatives with client engagement and growth strategies
Proposal & Business Development Support
- Oversee end-to-end proposal and RFP strategy, ensuring high-quality submissions
- Develop compelling, client-focused messaging and win themes
- Partner with sales and leadership on bid strategy and positioning
Creative & Brand Leadership
- Lead visual design and branding across all marketing and proposal materials
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand standards
- Incorporate creative elements (graphics, infographics, storytelling) to elevate content
Content Development & Management
- Develop and manage marketing content including case studies, project profiles, and presentations
- Maintain a centralized content library for proposals and marketing use
- Continuously refine messaging based on market trends and insights
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales, operations, HR, and leadership to align messaging and strategy
- Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and marketing
- Support client engagement initiatives and showroom experience alignment
Client Engagement & Experience
- Support development of client journey and engagement strategies
- Ensure marketing materials enhance the client experience
- Align showroom, events, and communications with brand standards
Data & Performance Tracking
- Track marketing and proposal performance metrics
- Analyze win/loss data and campaign effectiveness
- Use insights to improve strategy and outcomes
Process Improvement & Innovation
- Improve marketing and proposal workflows, tools, and templates
- Introduce innovative approaches to enhance brand and proposal quality
- Leverage technology and automation to increase efficiency
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Proposal win rate (%) and total revenue influenced
- On-time, compliant proposal submission rate (100% target)
- Pipeline contribution from marketing-supported opportunities
- Client engagement metrics (event attendance, showroom visits, feedback scores)
- Content effectiveness (usage of case studies, engagement with materials)
- Brand consistency and quality scores across deliverables
- Turnaround time for proposals and marketing deliverables
- Win/loss analysis completion and insights implementation
- Cross-functional satisfaction (sales/leadership feedback)

KEY SELECTION & SUCCESS FACTORS
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years in marketing, strategy, or related field
- Experience supporting revenue growth and sales enablement
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience with campaign management and performance tracking
- Leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience
