This role leads the strategy and execution of Talent Acquisition (TA) operations, technology, and process optimization to support a high-growth environment. You will drive improvements across ATS, CRM, and other recruiting tools, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality hiring outcomes, and a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to align systems and processes with business needs. You will also manage a team, oversee vendor relationships, and lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new technologies. - Lead the TA technology strategy, optimizing ATS, CRM, and related tools to improve recruiter productivity and hiring results.
- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement across the recruiting lifecycle for speed, consistency, and quality.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new TA technologies, managing requirements gathering, testing, rollout, and adoption.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the TA operations team, setting priorities, accountability standards, and ensuring strong execution.
- Oversee the Employee Referral Program, including process design, system enablement, communication, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including TA, HR, IT, and Recruitment Marketing to align workflows, systems, and campaigns.
- Manage TA vendors and external partners, monitoring performance, utilization, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Track metrics, ROI, and reporting to inform TA strategy, budget planning, and operational decision-making.
- 8–10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting operations, or TA systems optimization.
- Proven experience with ATS and/or CRM platforms; Phenom and iCIMS experience preferred.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with HR, IT, and business leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, process improvements, and system implementations.
- Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive insights, performance, and strategy.
- Strong change management, stakeholder influence, and vendor management skills.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, HR, Technology, or related field).
- Self-starter capable of working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
