About This Position

Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented team member to support ordering and scheduling operations for our flooring and blinds business.

This role is responsible for ordering products, communicating with vendors to confirm order status as job dates approach, and coordinating delivery schedules. The position also includes updating job notes in FloorZap and keeping the sales team informed of product arrivals and updates when needed.

The ideal candidate is organized, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple jobs at once while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Order products for upcoming jobs
  • Communicate with vendors to confirm order status and timelines
  • Follow up on orders as scheduled job dates approach
  • Schedule deliveries and coordinate with the delivery driver
  • Update job notes and information in FloorZap
  • Communicate product arrivals and updates to the sales team
  • Ensure materials are aligned with scheduled jobs

Pay: $16/hour
Schedule: Part-time (20–25 hours per week)

  • Effective communication skills (phone, text, and email)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
