We are seeking a visionary leader to define and execute a cutting-edge AI and Data Science strategy that transforms data into measurable business value. This role is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of AI projects, from prototyping to production, and integrating autonomous AI agents into corporate systems. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, establish best practices for AI deployment, and create a culture of experimentation and rapid innovation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, combining technical expertise, strategic thinking, and practical execution to deliver impactful AI solutions across the organization.
- Develop and implement a company-wide AI vision that aligns with business objectives.
- Design, deploy, and maintain autonomous AI agents integrated with platforms such as Tableau, SQL, Slack, and CRM systems.
- Lead the full AI project lifecycle, ensuring architecture quality, production stability, and performance monitoring.
- Establish automated evaluation loops to track accuracy, hallucinations, and model performance.
- Optimize data and semantic layers for advanced analytics and Text-to-SQL systems.
- Foster a “lab culture” that encourages hypothesis testing, rapid experimentation, and continuous learning.
- Mentor and guide the AI & Data Science team, promoting best practices and technical excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end machine learning or AI projects from discovery to deployment.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG, and agent-based architectures, including their limitations and best practices.
- Expertise in database design, analytics engineering, and AI-friendly infrastructure.
- Ability to prioritize work based on business impact, technical feasibility, and resource constraints.
- Skilled in defining KPIs and translating AI metrics into business outcomes for stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with experience mentoring teams.
- Familiarity with AI tools for tracing, logging, and optimization, as well as classical data science methods (regression, classification, clustering) where applicable.
