The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) provides day‑to‑day HR support to managers and employees, ensuring effective application of HR policies, procedures, and programs. This role is focused on operational HR activities, including employee relations, attendance and case management, performance follow‑up, onboarding, training coordination, and support for staffing needs. The HRBP collaborates closely with supervisors and team leads to address employee concerns, solve operational issues, and maintain a productive and compliant workplace environment.



Job Functions:



  • Provide day to day HR support to supervisors and employees, ensuring correct application of policies, procedures, and HR processes on the shop floor and office areas
  • Support employee relations cases, including basic conflict resolution, attendance follow up, documentation of incidents, initial fact finding, and coordination of corrective actions with HR leadership.
  • Assist with disciplinary processes, ensuring documentation accuracy, scheduling meetings, gathering statements, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and Mexican labor regulations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries, benefits clarification, attendance issues, payroll corrections, onboarding needs, and general HR services.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) by coordinating activities with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and Learning & Development, ensuring timely information flow and case follow‑up.
    Support organizational changes by updating org charts, role descriptions, employee files, and system records; assist in communication and coordination with supervisors.
    Support training and development activities, coordinating schedules, attendance lists, room setup, and communication of required trainings (safety, compliance, skills)


  • Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in roles such as HR Generalist, HR Specialist, Talent Management, Employee Relations, or HRBP.
  • Advanced English
  • Experience working in industrial environments
