Steward (Dishwasher) at Gravity Haus – Teton Village, Wyoming

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking PT Evenings Steward/Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team for the upcoming summer season. Stewards play a crucial role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout the shift. This is a great entry point into the culinary world with opportunities to grow and learn alongside a professional kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware efficiently and thoroughly.
• Ensure all items are properly organized and stored in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area, including dish machines, floors, walls, and sinks.
• Take out trash, recycling, and compost; clean bins as needed.
• Assist with basic kitchen prep or maintenance tasks as requested by the chef team.
• Follow all safety and sanitation standards and comply with health department regulations.
• Work as a team player to support smooth kitchen operations during and after service.
• Alert management to any equipment issues or safety concerns

What We’re Looking For

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
• Ability to take direction and communicate effectively with the kitchen team.
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to regularly perform motions such as lifting, pushing and pulling, bending
