Overview
We are seeking a highly driven, revenue-focused sales leader to join our Litigation Strategies team. This role is responsible for generating new business, expanding strategic client partnerships, and positioning our trial consulting and litigation support solutions with law firms and corporate legal departments. The ideal candidate thrives in complex sales cycles, understands high-stakes litigation environments, and can confidently engage senior legal decision-makers to drive measurable revenue growth.
Successful candidates will be based in the Northeast U.S. and demonstrate the ability to effectively manage and grow a regional territory of law firm and corporate legal clients.
Essential Job Functions• Proactively identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with trial attorneys, litigation partners, and corporate legal teams within an assigned territory.
• Build and execute a disciplined territory and account strategy focused on new client acquisition and revenue expansion.
• Lead high-impact client presentations, pitches, and needs assessments to position litigation consulting, trial graphics, and courtroom presentation solutions.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key legal stakeholders to influence purchasing decisions and secure long-term strategic partnerships.
• Drive growth within existing accounts through proactive outreach, cross-selling, and upselling of trial and litigation support services.
• Partner with internal operations and consulting teams to deliver tailored, high-value solutions aligned with client litigation objectives.
• Manage complex deal cycles, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations to successfully close business.
• Represent the organization at legal industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings to build pipeline and strengthen market visibility.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, activity tracking, and revenue reporting in CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas, performance metrics, and territory growth objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Proven track record of success in business development, enterprise sales, or account growth within litigation support, trial consulting, legal technology, or professional services.
• Demonstrated ability to sell consultative, high-value solutions to law firms and corporate legal departments.
• Experience managing long, relationship-driven sales cycles with senior decision-makers.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and persuade sophisticated buyers.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support territory management, client meetings, and industry events.
