Travel: Moderate (as needed for program launches and implementation)

Lead the Development of EPIC’s Next-Generation Care Programs

At EPIC Health, we are building innovative, scalable care models designed to better serve our patients and communities. The PATH Program Owner plays a critical leadership role in designing, launching, and scaling high-impact programs across our organization.

This role serves as the end-to-end owner of PATH program development, including:
Balance, Relief, Mind, and Her

You will be responsible for building programs from the ground up—ensuring they are operationally sound, financially viable, and scalable across the EPIC platform.

Position Overview

The PATH Program Owner oversees the full lifecycle of each program, including:

  • Product development

  • Operational design and workflow architecture

  • Launch execution and go-live readiness

  • Integration with MSO shared services

  • Cross-functional coordination

  • Ongoing performance optimization and scaling

This role ensures all programs align with EPIC’s operational frameworks, including 808 standards and MSO infrastructure.

What You’ll DoProgram Development & Architecture
  • Design and define the structure of each PATH program

  • Build scalable, repeatable service delivery models

  • Develop SOPs, operational playbooks, and workflows

  • Establish pricing strategy and operational feasibility

  • Align program design with organizational growth strategy

Launch & Implementation
  • Lead end-to-end program build and deployment

  • Coordinate pilot programs and MVP testing

  • Drive go-live readiness across locations

  • Ensure operational stability prior to scaling

Operational Workflow Ownership
  • Design workflows across intake, service delivery, documentation, and reporting

  • Ensure alignment with internal operational standards (808 framework)

  • Integrate clinical and non-clinical workflows

  • Identify inefficiencies and optimize processes

  • Establish measurable checkpoints and controls

MSO Shared Services Integration
  • Coordinate integration with key internal services:

    • Billing

    • Marketing

    • HR

    • Finance

    • Compliance

    • IT

  • Define service expectations and workflows

  • Ensure seamless support across all PATH programs

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner with leadership across:

    • Specialized Operations

    • Clinical Teams

    • Marketing

    • Finance

    • Operational Leadership

  • Drive clarity in roles, ownership, and accountability

  • Manage dependencies across teams to ensure execution

Performance & Optimization
  • Define and track key program KPIs

  • Monitor financial performance, margins, and efficiency

  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives
