As a Server Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in our guests' dining experience.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting servers by refilling beverages, clearing plates, and resetting tables, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Delivering food to guests promptly and accurately, always with a warm and positive attitude.
- Supporting your teammates during busy times to maintain a friendly and efficient atmosphere.
- Providing attentive and caring service to everyone—both guests and coworkers.
Requirements:**What We’re Looking For:**
- Must be at least 16+ years of age.
- Someone who can stay calm and efficient, even during peak hours.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed.
- Attention to detail and clear communication skills to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays of food and drinks.
- A multitasker who can keep up the pace while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- A desire to learn and grow, helping both your teammates and managers along the way.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but what matters most is your enthusiasm and willingness to be part of our team.
**Compensation:**
We offer a starting wage of $14 per hour, along with opportunities for tips.
