Job Overview

The Opportunity

Step into a critical support role under a Project Manager where you will drive the day-to-day coordination that keeps high-profile retail and commercial projects on track. Your effectiveness in managing moving parts and solving problems in real time will directly influence outcomes, in a culture that values loyalty and rewards strong execution.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Coordinate essential resources and personnel to ensure every phase of the construction lifecycle remains on schedule.

  • Manage comprehensive project documentation, including contracts and schedules, to maintain complete operational transparency.

  • Track project expenses and analyze budget data to ensure financial health across multiple active jobsites.

  • Monitor real-time project progress and timelines to proactively identify and resolve potential bottlenecks.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and seamless project execution.

  • Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards by supporting onsite teams with necessary tools and information.

  • Support project leadership by preparing detailed reports that capture the health and status of ongoing projects.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Coordination or Construction Project Management.

  • Proven proficiency in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial analysis within a construction context.

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Exceptional multitasking abilities with a track record of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex logistical challenges.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.

  • Previous experience specifically within retail or commercial construction environments.

  • Proficiency with industry-standard construction software and project management tools.

  • Advanced familiarity with construction regulations and building codes.
