The Director of Information Technologies and Cybersecurity provides strategic leadership for all technology and cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives while protecting critical data and systems. This role oversees IT operations, infrastructure, applications, networks, and cybersecurity programs, while driving digital transformation and modern technology adoption. The leader will manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams, and will foster a culture of continuous learning, security awareness, and innovation. This position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide IT strategy, strengthen risk management, and implement advanced technologies in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Develop and execute enterprise IT strategy, governance frameworks, and digital transformation roadmaps.
- Lead IT operations, including infrastructure management, application oversight, network administration, and end-user support.
- Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity program, including risk assessment, incident response, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and service-level agreements to optimize cost and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop IT and cybersecurity staff, fostering high performance and alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize technology initiatives and integrate AI and other advanced technologies into business operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5–8 years of progressive IT leadership experience, including cybersecurity oversight.
- Proven track record managing enterprise IT infrastructure, systems, and security programs.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience driving digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
