This role is responsible for driving global sales growth and expanding market presence in industrial and high-technology sectors. You will develop and execute multi-year sales strategies, build strong executive relationships with OEMs and strategic partners, and identify new opportunities for revenue generation. Leading a high-performance sales team, you will ensure alignment with long-term business objectives, while providing insights to influence product development and market positioning. This position requires a strategic, results-oriented leader capable of managing complex sales cycles, delivering sustained growth, and cultivating a culture of excellence across a global organization. The role also involves close collaboration with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to ensure customer needs are met with innovative solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, bookings, and margin targets, aligned with long-term growth plans
- Build and manage a global sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and performance measurement
- Expand market share across industrial, medical, aerospace/defense, and emerging technology sectors
- Cultivate executive-level relationships with C-suite and decision-makers at key accounts, serving as a trusted advisor
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales organization, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, and operations to translate customer requirements into scalable solutions
- Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and reporting to executive leadership to guide strategy
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including at least 5 years at the Director level in manufacturing, electronics, or high-tech industries
- Proven ability to develop and execute multi-year growth strategies that deliver measurable revenue and market share expansion
- Established network and direct experience selling into industrial, medical device, aerospace/defense, or advanced technology OEMs
- Demonstrated success in leading complex global negotiations and closing multi-million-dollar deals
- Strong financial acumen, including margin management, pricing strategies, and contract structuring
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required; MBA preferred
