What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support across email, chat, and phone channels.
- Understand customer needs, process requests, resolve concerns, and escalate when necessary.
- Identify recurring challenges and document insights for continuous improvement.
- Follow scripts and resources to ensure consistent, high-quality customer interactions.
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written, C1/C2 level).
- 2+ years of experience in customer service.
- Currently based in San Pedro Sula or Tegucigalpa.
- Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate multiple tools and platforms efficiently.
- Professional, discreet, and reliable with sensitive information.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Results-driven, organized, and comfortable handling high volumes of interactions.
- Strong conflict resolution and active listening skills.
