Compensation Package: $17 per hour + commission (avg earnings of $20-24/hour after commissions)

Schedule: Part-time (M-W 9am-5pm), weekend potential

Job Summary: Montana’s premier hot tub and sauna business is seeking a highly motivated Counter Sales Associate. While experience is preferred, no hot tub experience is required as we provide top-of-the-line training, and we want to teach you! We offer long-term opportunities for career advancement. Responsibilities:

• Counter sales of hot tub chemicals, filters, parts, and accessories
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat or in-person
• Receiving and entering water samples and understanding and explaining water chemistry to customers
• Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager

Requirements:

• A captivating personality who can connect with people
• Familiarity with customer service principles and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to understand customer needs and showcase product benefits and features
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to use POS system
• A commitment to maintaining long-lasting customer relationships
• Previous retail experience preferred
