# Construction Coordinator at GLOBAL OPTICS SAN ANTONIO – SAN ANTONIO, Texas

Position Description: Under close supervision, responsible for managing the billing of construction projects. Responsible for the gathering from construction staff and construction management relevant information regarding scope of work and costs related to small line extensions, cable replacements, drop road bores and MDU lockbox replacements, and construction activity. Works closely with the accounting department in developing billing and payout to sub-contractors.

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Complete bill of materials, cost estimates (PO and CPR) and order materials needed for approval planned construction for line extensions, rebuilds, reworks, or other projects.
• Occasionally required to work overtime as the business needs dictate.
• Actively communicate with the accounting department to ensure accurate billing.
• Actively communicate with the accounting department to ensure accurate issuance of payment to sub-contractors.
• Receives all gas log information for the team for review.
• Know, understand and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.
