As a Senior Designer, you will lead the creation of high-impact, visually compelling design across digital, social, web, and experiential platforms. You will take ownership of projects from initial concept to final production, ensuring all work reflects a cohesive brand voice while pushing creative boundaries. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into effective visual storytelling, elevating brand presence, and shaping innovative campaigns. You will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, applying your expertise to enhance design systems, mentor peers, and implement emerging trends and technologies. Strong technical skills, a refined aesthetic sense, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are key to success. - Conceptualize and design multi-channel marketing and advertising campaigns that deliver high-impact visual storytelling
- Produce graphics, motion assets, and creative content tailored for social, editorial, and newsletter channels
- Support internal brand identities, applying and evolving design systems across platforms
- Design responsive web elements and digital marketing assets balancing aesthetic quality with functionality
- Identify, research, and implement relevant design trends and emerging technologies to enhance creative output
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions
- Participate in creative brainstorming, peer reviews, and contribute to maintaining brand guidelines for consistency
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of professional design experience, with a focus on digital and social platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional execution in typography, layout, and diverse design skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); experience with Canva, Figma, Asana, or Ceros is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and pivot as priorities shift
- Collaborative mindset and proactive communication skills, thriving in a team-oriented, fast-moving environment
- Ability to adapt design solutions to meet strategic goals and evolving brand standards
