You will manage a portfolio of key clients, ensuring timely renewals, mitigating churn risks, and maximizing contract value. The position requires collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and partner teams to deliver tailored renewal solutions while maintaining a customer-first approach. You will analyze customer health, forecast renewal outcomes, and proactively address at-risk accounts to secure long-term revenue. - Manage the end-to-end renewal process, including quote-to-close activities 180 to 90 days in advance of renewal dates
- Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue goals through retention, upsell, and term extension of existing contracts
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to assess customer health and implement renewal strategies
- Forecast and report renewal outcomes accurately, prioritizing efforts to mitigate risk and prevent churn
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel and alliance partners to identify joint opportunities
- Collaborate with Legal and Deals Desk teams to ensure compliance and smooth execution of renewals
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and optimize customer engagement
- 5–8 years of experience in SaaS renewals, customer success, or related cybersecurity account management roles
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding renewal quotas
- Strong understanding of SaaS offerings, pricing models, and contract structures
- Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, CPQ, IronClad, or Planhat
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with ability to navigate complex customer and partner interactions
- Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple large accounts concurrently
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
- Competitive base salary ($98,000 – $109,200 USD) with eligibility for incentive compensation and equity programs
