This role offers the opportunity to lead business development efforts across the Crypto and Forex verticals, driving growth from lead generation to deal closing and customer onboarding. You will act as the external face of the team, building strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. The position involves strategic input into product direction, vendor selection, and market positioning, while attending key industry events to expand the network. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, executing with urgency, and leveraging their industry expertise to deliver measurable results. - Own the full business development lifecycle for the Crypto and Forex verticals, from sourcing leads to closing deals and supporting customer onboarding
- Manage existing customer accounts, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Provide strategic input on product direction, offerings, and partner/vendor selection based on market insights
- Represent the company at industry events, both in-person and online, to expand networks and generate business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial goals with operational execution
- Drive pipeline growth with urgency, leveraging industry knowledge, relationships, and creative outreach strategies
- Prior experience in the Crypto, Forex, or broader Fintech industries
- Strong existing network and relationships within the Crypto and Forex sectors
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency, payments ecosystems, and global market trends
- Proven track record in business development, deal closing, and account management in a multinational environment
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking
- Autonomous self-starter with excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels, with proficiency in Business English
