About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Concordia Senior Living, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents in a skilled nursing facility. Minimum Qualifications:

• Current and valid LPN license.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities:
