This role is an exciting opportunity to lead and modernize the talent acquisition function within a fast-growing, innovative organization. You will oversee a team of recruiters while designing and implementing scalable, AI-enabled recruiting systems that elevate hiring quality and candidate experience. As a strategic partner to senior leadership, you’ll balance hands-on leadership with operational excellence, driving data-informed decisions across the full recruiting lifecycle. The position offers a fully remote environment, encouraging creativity, collaboration, and innovation in building a world-class recruiting function. The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will own the strategy, operations, and execution of recruitment across the organization:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, setting clear performance expectations and hiring goals.
- Build and optimize structured interviewing practices, interviewer training, and AI-enabled recruiting workflows.
- Design, improve, and scale recruiting systems and processes to drive efficiency, clarity, and accountability.
- Oversee critical leadership and complex searches, ensuring high-quality hires and positive candidate experiences.
- Define, track, and report recruiting KPIs related to quality, speed, and experience.
- Partner with senior leaders to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational objectives.
- Identify and implement AI tools and modern ATS solutions to enhance sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interview preparation.
Candidates should bring extensive experience in recruiting leadership, operations, and strategic execution:
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years leading a recruiting team.
- Proven experience building recruiting infrastructure in a scaling company.
- Strong operations mindset with expertise in structured interviewing, interviewer training, and process optimization.
- Deep familiarity with modern ATS platforms (experience with Ashby is a plus).
- Comfortable using data and metrics to guide decisions and improve recruiting outcomes.
- Curiosity and experience leveraging AI tools to enhance recruiting workflows.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
