Vice President, Revenue Operations

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Vice President, Revenue Operations in the United States.

This role is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth and operational excellence across all revenue-generating functions. You will partner closely with executive leadership to define multi-year revenue strategies, optimize go-to-market motions, and ensure alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships. The role encompasses ownership of forecasting, quota planning, GTM process design, and revenue analytics, with a focus on enabling data-driven decision-making. You will lead a high-performing Revenue Operations organization, standardizing processes, implementing technology solutions, and providing actionable insights to support scalable growth. This position offers the opportunity to influence key business outcomes while building operational rigor in a fast-growing, innovative environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Partner with leadership to define multi-year revenue strategy, segmentation, coverage models, and capacity planning across all revenue functions.
  • Lead annual and quarterly GTM planning, including targets, quotas, headcount plans, compensation, and budget alignment.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end GTM processes, including lead management, opportunity management, deal desk, renewals, and expansions.
  • Build and maintain a unified revenue performance framework, providing actionable insights on pipeline, conversion, retention, expansion, and sales productivity.
  • Oversee revenue forecasting, scenario modeling, and reporting to ensure accuracy and timely decision-making.
  • Own revenue enablement programs and GTM technology strategy to support consistent adoption and data integrity.
  • Serve as a cross-functional connector across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to align messaging, segmentation, pricing, and lifecycle plays.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing RevOps team, establishing clear operating models, SLAs, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within high-growth SaaS environments.
  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale, global Revenue Operations teams.
  • Proven success in defining and executing multi-year GTM strategies that improve revenue predictability and operational efficiency.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce or similar enterprise CRM systems, with advanced reporting and data governance skills.
  • Experience partnering with Product and Product Marketing to translate product usage data into actionable GTM strategies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic partner while managing operational execution across multiple revenue functions.
