Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a delightful breakfast experience. This position requires a combination of food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness to maintain a welcoming dining environment.

Duties

Prepare and set up the breakfast area, ensuring all food items are fresh and presented attractively.
Assist in food preparation, including cooking and meal assembly, while adhering to food safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and attending to their needs during breakfast hours.
Operate POS systems for processing transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area by bussing tables and cleaning surfaces regularly.
Restock food items as necessary throughout the breakfast service to ensure availability for guests.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items and address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
Uphold high standards of hygiene and sanitation in accordance with health regulations.
Qualifications

Previous kitchen experience or food service background is preferred, including roles such as host/host, barista, or culinary positions.
Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) is advantageous for efficient transaction processing.
Strong communication skills and phone etiquette to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures is essential for maintaining a safe dining environment.
Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or restaurants is a plus, along with skills in catering or banquet services.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and providing exceptional guest relations.
