About This Position
State Farm agency experience is preferred and overall compensation will be based on overall experience in the insurance field. You must have and active insurance license or obtain licensing in Property and Casualty to be considered for the role.
We are looking for Licensed Insurance Sales and Customer Service professionals to take care of our current customers in a service capacity. You must love people and be able to solve problems quickly!

You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We have available positions in both Sales and Service roles.

Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services while maintaining high standards of phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and track interactions.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while handling challenging situations.
Property and Casualty License (Life and Health preferred as well)
- State Farm experience preferred, insurance experience is a bonus.
- Must be able to solve problems quickly and be good with basic computer functions as this role has a lot of note taking!
