- Lead the development and execution of machine learning and predictive modeling solutions to support business decision-making
- Design, build, and implement data science models that improve forecasting, classification, and predictive accuracy
- Identify and integrate new internal and external data sources to enhance model performance and business insights
- Translate business challenges into analytical problems and select appropriate modeling techniques to address them
- Manage moderately complex data science projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met
- Evaluate and communicate model performance, limitations, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
- Collaborate with business partners to understand needs and ensure solutions align with strategic objectives
- Apply statistical and machine learning best practices to improve data quality and analytical outcomes
- Support development of tools and frameworks that operationalize predictive models into business workflows
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying new methods, tools, and efficiencies in data science practices
- 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, predictive modeling, or advanced analytics
- Strong knowledge of machine learning and statistical modeling techniques, including time series modeling
- Experience working with non-technical stakeholders and translating business needs into analytical solutions
- Proficiency in data science tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, or similar)
- Strong understanding of predictive analytics, data modeling, and algorithm development
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Experience managing data science projects or analytical workstreams independently
- Strong problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field preferred
- Ability to balance technical depth with practical business impact
- Annual salary range: 100,000 USD to 170,500 USD based on experience and qualifications
