Accountabilities:

You will support end-to-end patient accounting functions to ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and compliance with internal policies and healthcare regulations.   • Handle patient billing and collection activities, including payment posting, cash reconciliation, refunds, and credit processing

  • Support self-pay collections and financial assistance-related processes when applicable

Requirements:

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a structured healthcare finance environment. Candidates should be comfortable working with systems, data, and patient interactions while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or a healthcare-related environment
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Basic PC proficiency and comfort working with billing or administrative systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently while following established procedures
