Purpose of Position:
We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative whose aim is to ensure the best support of our clients for foreign markets.
He/she will be responsible for all the process from pre to post sales.
The activities are to listen to customer concerns, answer customer questions and provide information about the company's products and services.
This is a key role to ensure the right management of orders, claims management and sales support.
Orders Management
Complaint and returns management
Credit Notes and active invoices
Contact with clients and keep high quality relationships with them
Contact with foreign colleagues to support foreign orders requests
Contact with forwarders
Education: Degree in foreign languages and/or Economics
Professional skills: Analytical skills, time management, client management, order management.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in productive / manufacturing industries in the specific role
Language skills: Proficiency in English and German is mandatory.
IT Skills: Good knowledge of the main IT tools.
Soft skills: problem solving, strong aptitude for communication and interpersonal relationships, Openess to change and continuous learning, Propensity for teamwork, Willingness to work in an international context.
