Senior AI Data Scientist at Jobgether – Israel, Amazonas

In this role, you will lead the development of advanced AI systems that transform complex financial data into actionable intelligence. You’ll work at the cutting edge of large language models and agent-based architectures, designing systems that reason, plan, and operate in high-stakes environments. This position combines deep technical expertise with strategic ownership, allowing you to shape how AI models perform in real-world production settings. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research teams to build scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions. • Design and implement single-agent and multi-agent AI systems capable of reasoning over complex workflows
• Define agent logic, including memory, tool usage, and decision-making strategies with a focus on accuracy and control
• Build and maintain evaluation frameworks to measure model performance across metrics such as accuracy, latency, and reliability
• Develop structured prompting techniques, schemas, and tool integrations for production-grade AI systems
• Analyze model behavior and identify failure modes, translating insights into measurable improvements
• Optimize AI workflows for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into production environments
• Mentor team members and establish best practices for applied AI and machine learning systems

• 6+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI-focused engineering roles
• At least 3+ years of experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems
• Deep expertise in large language models, agent-based systems, and tool-calling frameworks
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience working with APIs and production environments
• Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate model performance and troubleshoot complex issues
• Proven ability to design scalable AI architectures and systems
