• Analyze user behavior across key funnels such as registration, deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals to identify optimization opportunities
• Monitor and report on critical product KPIs including retention, churn, lifetime value, and session metrics
• Generate insights and reports to determine which features and initiatives drive engagement and revenue growth
• Support product hypothesis testing by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting relevant datasets
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to improve user experience based on behavioral insights
• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards using data visualization tools to track performance effectively
• Segment users into meaningful cohorts (e.g., VIP, casual, high-risk) to enable targeted analysis and product improvements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Data Analyst in a B2C environment
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to query and manipulate large datasets
• Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Solid understanding of product metrics and user behavior analysis techniques
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, finance, and operations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders
