Position Overview:

The Partnership Event Coordinator will report to the Manager, Partnership Event

Services. The Partnerships Event Coordinator serves as the onsite operational lead

responsible for the execution, quality, and delivery of all partnership activations across

Spartan, Tough Mudder and DEKA events. This role ensures that partner commitments

are translated from contractual agreements into fully executed onsite experiences. The

ideal candidate will have a strong event and/or account management background,

experience activating major events, and a demonstrated track record of combining

strategic and creative thinking skills with the ability to deliver flawless execution.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the execution of partner deliverables and on-the-ground activations for national, regional and local partner roster
  • Work cross-functionally to develop and maintain processes to ensure timely delivery of contract execution and post-event reporting
  • Responsible for day to day relationship of multiple brands/partners, including partner and agency teams, specifically at events
  • Manage partner-specific inventory at each event
  • Support onboarding of partner exhibitors and vendors, ensuring compliance with event operational standards
  • Work collaboratively with Spartan Production & Logistics teams to execute partner deliverables at events
  • Assist with post-event reporting, recap documentation, and feedback collection to support partnership growth and innovations
  • Management of internal calendars and administrative work as needed
  • Participate in weekly partnership and event production meetings
  • Potentially liaise with internal and external sales/partnership development team to conceptualize and develop new business marketing and promotional packages
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sport Management, Communications or related field
  • Relevant Event Management experience
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Proven track record working well with multiple teams across various channels
  • Proven and effective communication and presentation skills
  • Must be proficient in Google Workspace
  • Ability to move equipment and/or materials weighing up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Comfortable performing duties in various weather conditions for extended periods
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, work nights and weekends
  • Must be willing to work in Boston, MA when not travelling
