RV Sales Manager at Pleasureland Inc – Sioux Falls, South Dakota

Position:

PleasureLand RV Center is currently looking for a full time Sales Manager. This position would manage the sales staff and provide guidance and support for the F&I, Rental, Parts and Service departments as well as the receptionist staff. Creating a team first culture with the goal of providing the best possible customer experience every time. We are looking for someone who is wanting to help our organization continue to prosper and grow. PleasureLand has experienced record sales over the past few years and is looking to add energetic and driven individuals to our team.

Essential Job Functions:

• Manage and build a highly productive sales team while ensuring customer satisfaction is being met at all points of the sale. Help Sales personnel in self-promotion while leading efforts in system utilization.
• Assist with establishing goals for sales personnel to put them in the best position for success through training and motivation. Use proven methods as well as research and implement new and innovative training and motivational strategies.
• Create an exceptional first impression of PleasureLand RV by ensuring the store, lot, and personnel always look presentable.
• Maintain an open line of communication with each department within the location as well as create and maintain positive relationships with manufacturer partners and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales and management experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to negotiate when needed
• General RV and RV product knowledge
• Self-motivated and goal orientated individual
• Strong communication skills with all levels of the company including vendors/manufacturers. Both Verbal and non-verbal.
• Positive attitude and honest approach towards customers
• Strong mathematic skills
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Well organized
• Positive attitude
