This is not a desk job. This is an opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in the field for 3 to 5 years, learning the technical details of ground improvement, shoring, and foundation drilling. What You Will Do

• You will learn the fundamentals of construction project management while assisting with job site operations.
• Field Management: Help manage job site operations, ensuring quality control, safety, and compliance with project requirements.
• Technical Execution: Assist with the preliminary design, estimating, layout, and scheduling for shoring and foundation drilling projects.
• Project Controls: Collaborate with senior management to analyze data, track budgets, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Problem Solving: Adapt to challenges in real-time and communicate effectively with field personnel, clients, and management.
• Growth: Progressively take on more project management responsibility as you move toward a Project Manager role.

Qualifications

• Education: BS Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is highly preferred.
• Experience: Some experience in the construction industry (Geotechnical or drilling experience is a plus).
• Mindset: Assertive, competitive, and tenacious with a desire to gain hands-on field experience.
• Career Goals: A clear desire to obtain a PE License and move into Project Management.
• Requirements: Open to travel and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
