VPK/Teacher Assistant at Excelsior Prep Charter School Inc – Miami Gardens, Florida

To plan, organize, and implement an appropriate instructional program in an preschool learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential. Key Responsibilities:

• MUST HAVE 45-hour childcare course
• Experience (preferably, we can provide training)
• Must be local to Miami Gardens area
• Position is full time, 9am-6pm
• Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities.
• Supervise and ensure the safety of children during indoor and outdoor activities.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff regarding daily activities and any concerns.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
