Job Responsibilities:

• Performs and interprets routine diagnostic assays on blood and body fluids in Core Lab,
• Performs all duties related to the preparation, identification, and testing of specimens,
• Performs all related documentation tasks,
• Participates in evaluating, documenting, and implementing technical assays,
• Provides guidance to non-certified personnel,

Section III: Job Qualifications/Education/Training/Certification/Licensure

• Meets education and experience equivalent to the guidelines mandated by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), CLIA and the New Jersey State Department of health and Senior Services (NJSDHSS) laws,
• Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or related field,
• ASCP or NCA certification preferred,
