Patient Details: Patient is a lively 10-year-old girl with Down Syndrome. The patient requires assistance both at home and school with her daily activities. She does require g-tube feedings, but can eat some food by mouth. She is currently learning to use the toilet, but requires some assistance.

Shifts Avail:
• Days: Sunday 7am – 7pm

Requirement:
• Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
