Job Type: Full-time Thursday to Monday 10:00am to 6:00pm

Position Overview
We’re seeking a caring and creative Life Enrichment Specialist to design and lead engaging activities that nurture the mind, body, and spirit of our residents. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building connections, inspiring others, and creating moments of meaning throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and implement daily recreational, social, and educational activities that promote well-being and engagement.
• Encourage participation through positive motivation, empathy, and genuine care.
• Collaborate with staff, residents, and families to personalize experiences that reflect individual interests and abilities.
• Foster a warm, inclusive, and respectful environment where everyone feels valued.
• Assist in documenting program participation and progress to ensure residents’ needs are met.
Qualifications
• A heart for serving older adults or individuals in community care settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, rooted in empathy and kindness.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for leading group and one-on-one activities.
• Previous experience in life enrichment, recreation, or a related field is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
