The Temporary Recruiter will leverage creative sourcing strategies, develop diverse talent pipelines, and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle. This position requires strong relationship-building skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset to identify and engage both active and passive candidates. Accountabilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles, ensuring timely movement of candidates.
Actively source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and targeted outreach strategies.
Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines, with intentional engagement of underrepresented communities.
Coordinate interviews, prepare hiring managers with candidate information, and track candidate progress in applicant tracking systems.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring professional communication and a positive experience.
Maintain recruiting data, documentation, and support administrative tasks such as offer coordination and pre-employment requirements.

Requirements:

3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in corporate, nonprofit, or mission-driven environments.
Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously and handling competing priorities.
Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills, with a proactive approach to outreach.
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Preferred: experience recruiting for nonprofit, healthcare, or professional services roles; experience in remote or hybrid work; familiarity with HR systems like UKG; Eastern time zone availability.
