You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering advanced instrumentation, software, and service solutions that enable scientific discovery and regulatory compliance. By combining consultative selling, technical expertise, and relationship management, you will create value across complex customer environments. You will operate in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, collaborating closely with internal teams and distribution partners. Accountabilities:- Drive territory revenue growth by executing strategic sales plans across assigned accounts and market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, serving as a trusted advisor and long-term partner.
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through field activity, channel partnerships, events, and targeted outreach.
- Deliver product demonstrations, training, installations, and technical presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and opportunity qualification to negotiation and contract closure.
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM records, including forecasts, pipeline updates, and account plans.
- Monitor territory performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher in a scientific, technical, or business-related field.
- At least 5 years of field sales experience, preferably within life sciences, drug discovery, or research instrumentation.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a consultative sales mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and productivity tools, including Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory, including overnight travel.
- Valid drivers license and strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
