We are looking for a reliable, safety‑minded bus driver to join our team and help transport students to and from school and field trips. Potentially helping mid-day in the centers as a classroom float if more hours were desired.

Position Overview
The Bus Driver operates a 14‑passenger preschool bus (no CDL required in Oregon for 14‑passenger vehicles) and ensures the safe, timely transportation of children. This role requires excellent driving skills, patience, and a genuine love for working with young children.

Key Responsibilities
Safely transport preschool students on established routes and schedules

Assist children during loading, unloading and assist with seatbelts

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle

Conduct daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections

Follow all Oregon state transportation and child safety regulations

Communicate professionally with staff and families

Support teachers and staff during field trips as needed

Qualifications
At least 25 years old

Valid Oregon driver’s license with a clean driving record

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Experience working with children preferred

Reliable, punctual, and calm under pressure

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Ability to sit, drive, and walk for extended periods

Schedule & Pay
Hours: 7:00-4:30—AM/PM routes, part‑time, full‑time available

Pay Range $19-$25 per hour, depending on experience
