Key Responsibilities

Manage endtoend payroll processes aligned with local and international compliance standards.

Investigate discrepancies, perform rootcause analysis, and propose sustainable solutions.

Communicate technical findings clearly to clients and internal teams.

Document processes and contribute to internal knowledge bases.

Navigate payroll platforms, troubleshoot issues, and learn new systems quickly.

Identify improvement opportunities and recommend process optimizations.

Handle payroll data with accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.

Meet strict deadlines and deliver highquality work consistently.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in payroll, highregulation environments, or dataprocessing roles.

English C1C2 with minimal accent.

Strong analytical and rootcause investigation skills.

High technical aptitude and ability to selflearn systems.

Advanced Excel (including dataanalysis functions), Word, and enterprise tools.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure without sacrificing accuracy.
