Sting Alarm Inc is seeking a driven and experienced Installation Manager to oversee and elevate all Fire and Security Alarm installation operations across the Las Vegas market. This leadership role is responsible for managing installation teams, ensuring high-quality system deployments, maintaining strict code compliance, and driving departmental profitability and performance metrics.
The Installation Manager plays a key role in aligning Sales, Operations, and Field Teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge of fire alarm and low-voltage systems who also understands financial metrics, technician performance management, and operational growth strategies.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To- Installation Operations Management
Lead daily operations for residential and commercial fire and security alarm installations.
Oversee project scheduling, staging, labor allocation, and material coordination.
Ensure compliance with AHJ requirements, NFPA 72 standards, IBC/IEC standards, and local/state regulations.
Maintain high installation quality standards and accurate documentation.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Financial Accountability & Performance Metrics
Manage and improve departmental Gross Profit Margin (GPM).
Monitor labor efficiency, material usage, overtime, and job costing.
Partner with Sales to support accurate scoping and improve closing ratios.
Track and improve technician utilization (target 8090% depending on department).
Monitor installation revenue and recurring monthly revenue (RMR) from new system add-ons.
Reduce rework, deficiencies, and call-backs.
- Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and evaluate Installation Project Managers, Lead Technicians, Technicians, and Coordinators.
Conduct ride-alongs, field audits, and performance reviews.
Support technician licensing and certifications (NICET, OSHA, manufacturer training).
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance.
- Process Improvement
Standardize installation workflows and best practices.
Improve inventory accuracy, vehicle stocking, and tool management.
Strengthen communication between Sales, Service, and Accounting departments.
Implement continuous improvement strategies to drive efficiency.
- Customer Experience & Issue Resolution
Serve as an escalation point for installation-related concerns.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings and online reviews.
Support repeat and referral business growth.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Fire and/or Security Alarm installations.
Minimum 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of low-voltage systems, fire alarm design, and NFPA 72 compliance.
Ability to analyze KPIs, financial reports, and operational data.
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
NICET Level II or higher (Fire) preferred.
Industry manufacturer certifications preferred.
Nevada F-Card preferred.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Valid drivers license required.
